| Currently, the Construction Manual requires that upon completion of force account work, the force account be summarized and submitted as a work order. It has been determined that converting a force account to a work order is unnecessary paper work since the work order is a duplication of the force account authorization. Therefore, upon receipt of this memorandum, force accounts will no longer be required to be converted to work orders. Progress payments may continue to be made and the force account summarized and paid as a force account on the final estimate. | |
