Culpeper District
The Culpeper District of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) encompasses the counties of the upper Piedmont, including:
- Albemarle
- Culpeper
- Fauquier
- Fluvanna
- Greene
- Louisa
- Madison
- Orange
- Rappahannock
The district includes the city of Charlottesville.
There are 70 miles
of interstate highways, 730 miles of primary roads and 3,755 miles of secondary
roads in the district.
