Bridge - Request for Proposals (RFP)

The current RFPs are listed below. A short description along with the due date for the expressions of interest also is listed. Expressions of interest must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the due date. Please review the criteria prior to submittal to ensure that your firm receives equal consideration in the evaluation. For more information on the RFP process see the guide to providing services for VDOT.

In order to display and print the RFPs, the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (Version 5.0) must be present on your system. If you do not have a copy currently installed on your PC, you will need to download and configure your free software before working with these files. This is a one-time process which will then permit you to view and print these and other .PDF formatted publications on the Web. Project:  Statewide Limited Services Term Contract for Engineering Services Support

Description:  Provide professional engineering services, on an as needed basis, for the development of office practices, design aids, standard drawings, specifications and best practices for manuals and documents of the Structure and Bridge Division. The one-year contract may be renewable for two additional one-year terms at the option of the Commissioner. The sum of all projects executed in each contract term shall not exceed $1,000,000.
