Important notice to bidders regarding critical infrastructure information

All projects that have Critical Infrastructure Information/Sensitive Security Information (CII/SSI) in the plans are required to have non-disclosure agreements completed before the plans can be acquired.  No plans will be released without the completion of these forms.   

An officer of the company must complete Part B of the Multi-Purpose Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Additionally each individual that will have access to CII/SSI, including the person who completed the company level agreement and any sub-contractors, must complete Part A. 

Return the signed agreement(s) with the order form retaining a copy for your records.

The projects with CII/SSI will be noted on the Advertisement.
