FORMS AND REQUIREMENTS ON FEDERAL AID AND STATE FUNDED CONTRACTS

• CD-2007-6:  Use of DBEs and SWAM Firms was distributed on July 27, 2007.
  Some of the changes mentioned in the CD are:
  • Form C-63
    • Is submitted quarterly
    • Disallowed credit will not be required
    • Will include payments to SWAMs
    • Is form fill it
• Form C-63A has been eliminated.
• Prime Contractor will not receive DBE participation credit until DBE firms have received full payment.
• DBE progress narrative required in lieu of DBE progress schedule.
