Access Road - Environmental Checklist

This list does not contain all of the many tasks that may be associated with obtaining environmental clearances for Access road projects, but it can serve as a general guide.

  1. After receiving notification your Access road application was approved by VDOT, set up project “Kick off” meeting with the VDOT Project Coordinator and VDOT District Environmental Manager.  Discuss scope of project and receive information on environmental requirements.
