Electronic Plans - MS Virtual Machine Download
Tools > Internet Options menu.
In the Internet Options on the Advanced tab Enable the Microsoft VM
(Java console enabled and JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled).
If this don't work then apply the alternative solution.

STANDARD EDITION, VERSION 1.4.2_X
