Location:  The proposed WTC study area is conceptually located between Interstate 95 in Stafford County proceeding north toward Route 7 in Loudoun County.

Description:  Furnish Statements of Interest to determine whether to solicit conceptual proposals under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995, as amended (the PPTA), for constructing all or part(s) of the WTC.

Deadline: The Virginia Department of Transportation was closed January 14, 2005 and January 17, 2005 in observance of Lee-Jackson Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Therefore, the submittal date for the SOI’s was extended to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, January 18, 2005.
