Effective upon receipt of this memorandum, it will no longer be necessary for Minority Business Enterprise goals to be included in the SAAP assembly before transmitting the package to the Construction Division. If goals are appropriate, the necessary information will be inserted by the Construction Division prior to the proposal being printed. |
