| Beginning with receipt of this memorandum, the Department will permit the submittal of Construction Division Forms (C-number) in computer generated formats similar to the original forms. The forms wording shall be identical to the original. Computer generation of federal forms will not be permitted. | |
| Forms used for bidding purposes must be approved in writing by the Contract Engineer prior to use. Project related forms may be approved by the District involved; however, prior to rejecting a form, the District should contact the Contract Engineer to ensure the form has not been previously approved. Once approved the Contractor's form may be used on all projects awarded the Contractor. | |
