Project: Statewide Limited Services Geotechnical Engineering Design Contract (Contract will have multiple awards)
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation Materials Division is seeking expressions of interest from consulting geotechnical engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services on an on-call basis throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The term of the contract will be one year, but the Department may renew the contract up to two additional one year terms. The maximum total compensation payable to the consultant for services authorized will not exceed $2,000,000.00 per term, not to exceed a total of $6,000,000.00 for the full term including renewal portions of the contract. This will be a statewide term contract with multiple awards.
Location: Commonwealth of Virginia (Statewide)
Fee: $2,000,000/ one year term/per firm; May be renewable up to two additional one year terms; Maximum compensation of $6,000,000/per firm for full term plus renewal portions of contract
