Project: Two-Year Limited Services / Construction Engineering Inspection Services Bristol District- District Wide Contract III & IV
Location: Bristol District
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the Bristol District providing construction engineering inspection under fixed billable rate contracts. Each contract will be for a two year contract period with optional two one-year renewable terms. The proposed two-year contracts will have a total maximum compensation not to exceed $5,000,000.00.

Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the design of 4th through lane of Southbound I-395 between Duke Street and Edsall Road Interchange in Fairfax County. The length of this project is approximately 2.1 miles. This will be a Phased Contract.

Description – The Virginia Department of Transportation is requesting proposals (RFP) from prequalified right of way acquisition firms who wish to be considered for a right of way acquisition contract. A mandatory proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. (EST), May 10, 2013 at the Virginia Department of Transportation Culpeper District Office (auditorium), located at 1601 Orange Road, Culpeper, VA 24501. This study is in response to the Code of Virginia section 33.1-13.03:1, enacted in 2012 in Chapters 768 and 825.

Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from innovative and dynamic consulting planning and engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for transportation planning staff on a “limited services” basis. It is anticipated that two contracts (Region 1 and Region 2) will be awarded under the “Multiple Award” procurement process. Each contract will be required under a two-year term with two (2) optional one-year renewable terms.
Maximum Value: $2,000,000 per term, per region.
