After review of proposals from a one-phase process, the offerors will be listed in alphabetical order. The top-ranked firm will be displayed in red.

After review of the Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in a two-phase procurement, the top-ranked firms will be listed in the short list column for that RFP. The firms are listed in alphabetical order.

After the proposal evaluations, the final rankings will be listed from highest to lowest. The top-ranked firms will be displayed in red.
