The development and operation of the U.S. Route 460 Corridor Improvements Project is being procured separately by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) under the Public-Private Transportation Act (PPTA).
Contract Objectives
VDOT’s U.S. Route 460 Project Management Services contract objectives are to:
- Augment VDOT's staffing needs for the project
- Procure a consultant team capable of successfully and efficiently providing a wide range of program management services where VDOT lacks resources and expertise to meet the engineering and business needs of the project
