DESCRIPTION: A state police cruiser and VDOT employees at a closed ramp. In the event of a lane reversal, both the eastbound and westbound lanes of I-64 would carry traffic from Hampton Roads toward Richmond. A lane reversal can only be ordered by the governor.

The lane reversal would end at I-295 in Henrico County. A lane reversal can only be ordered by the governor.
