The public has an opportunity to comment about essential rail, public transportation, bicycle, pedestrian, and highway projects (except local/secondary roads) in the FY2006-2011 SYIP to be approved by the Commonweatlh Transportation Board
by July 1, 2005.

The Commonwealth Transportation Board will hold public hearings at the following time and locations:

The hearing will be held through a videoconference originating at the Virginia Department of Transportation's auditorium at 1221 E. Broad St., Richmond.
