CULPEPER — Both westbound lanes on Interstate 64 at milepost 121 will be open to traffic by 7 p.m. today. Maintenance work to mill the deck of the bridge over Route 20 and replace the seals on the bridge joints at each end of the bridge will be completed two days early. A contractor for the Virginia Department of Transportation closed one westbound lane and began work on the bridge deck on Monday morning; the work was scheduled to continue until early Friday morning.
