REHABILITATION WORK BEGINS SEPT. 25 ON RT. 604 BRIDGE
Use alternate routes during six-week closure

CULPEPER — On Sept. 25, the Route 604 (Green Road) bridge over the Hughes River at the Culpeper-Rappahannock county line will close for rehabilitation.

The bridge, which was built in 1954, will be closed for six weeks while crews work on the bridge deck. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

Message boards are in place to notify the public of the closure.
