CULPEPER — Through trucks are prohibited on Route 620 (Edwards Shop Road) in Culpeper County. The restriction was requested by Culpeper County and became effective Jan. 23 when the signs were installed. Commercial vehicles making local deliveries are still allowed to use the road. </description>
