FREDERICKSBURG – All lanes on I-95 north have been reopened to traffic, however,  heavy congestion is reported on the interstate, Route 1 north and Route 3 east in the City of Fredericksburg.  Motorists should expect major delays through the area.

Two travel lanes were closed at approximately 6:30 a.m. due to a single vehicle crash on I-95 near Exit 136 (Centreport Parkway) in Stafford County resulting in a 10 mile backup.
