I-95 NORTH CLOSED AT CAROLINE COUNTY LINE
Overturned tractor- trailer at mile marker 101 blocking all lanes
FREDERICKSBURG – A tractor trailer traveling north on I-95 just north of the Hanover County line has overturned, spilling its contents and blocking all northbound lanes.
Motorists should use Route 1 north to avoid delays.
