VDOT TO CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTION OF I-95 OVERHEAD SIGNS
One lane will be closed in the mobile work zones
FREDERICKSBURG— On Thursday, Oct. 4 and Friday, Oct. 5, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will be conducting a routine inspection of the overhead signs on I-95 in the Fredericksburg region.
Crews will be inspecting the overhead signs at the following locations. One lane will be closed in the mobile work zone:
Thursday, 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.; I-95 south at mile marker 127 located north of Exit 126 (Route 1/Spotsylvania).
Friday, 1 a.m. – 2:30 a.m.; I-95 north at mile marker 117 located south of Exit 118 (Route 606/Thornburg).
Motorists should expect delays in the work zones.
