VDOT TO CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS ON THE ELTHAM BRIDGE
Expect brief delays on the King William County bridge

FREDERICKSBURG - The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will conduct routine inspections on the Eltham Bridge in King William County next week.

Beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 27 motorists will be restricted to one lane in each direction on the Route 30 bridge over the Pamunkey River.  The lane closures will remain in place until 3 p.m.  The inspection and lane closures will resume on Friday, March 28 at 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
 
Flaggers will direct motorists through the work zone.
