ALL LANES NOW OPEN ON I-95 SOUTHBOUND IN CAROLINE COUNTY
Overnight multi-vehicle crash at mile marker 108 has been cleared

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (9 a.m.) – All lanes of I-95 southbound at mile marker 108 in Caroline County have been reopened to traffic after an overnight multi-vehicle crash.

Expect residual delays on I-95 southbound and on Route 1 southbound as congestion clears
