ROUTE 1 CLOSED IN CAROLINE COUNTY
All lanes on Route 1 near Cedon Road are closed for a multi-vehicle crash

5 P.M. UPDATE: All lanes of Route 1 in Caroline County have reopened to traffic.

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Route 1 is closed in Caroline County near Cedon Road for a multi-vehicle crash. 

Route 1 is anticipated to be closed for several hours. 

Drivers should avoid the area and seek an alternate routes.
