UPDATE: ALL LANES OPEN ON I-95 SOUTHBOUND IN STAFFORD COUNTY
Expect residual delays throughout the evening rush hour

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – All lanes are now open on I-95 southbound in Stafford County.

Just after noon today, multiple crashes involving tractor-trailers, large trucks and passenger vehicles occurred on I-95 southbound between mile markers 143-141 in Stafford County, closing all lanes to traffic.

Motorists should expect residual delays throughout the evening rush hour on I-95 southbound and Route 1 southbound as congestion clears.
