NORTHBOUND LANES ON ROUTE 13 NEAR BELLE HAVEN TEMPORARILY CLOSED
Detour to remain in effect for 8 to 10 hours
Drivers traveling in this area will follow posted detour signs taking a right turn on Savagetown Road, a left turn on Seaside Road, a left turn on Coal Kiln and a right turn back to Route 13.
