SUFFOLK — Motorists should expect significant delays traveling on Route 58 due to a vehicle fire. The vehicle may be carrying hazardous materials. Emergency crews and Virginia State Police are in route to the scene.

To avoid traffic delays, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) recommends motorists take Portsmouth Boulevard west to southbound Wilroy Road to Route 58 west.
