LYNCHBURG – State and local elected officials, the Region 2000 Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), roadway users, as well as citizens and business owners along Route 460/29 between Route 501 and Route 29 (Monacan Parkway).in the City of Lynchburg have expressed their desires for safety improvements and preservation of the roadway’s capacity in this critical corridor.
