LYNCHBURG – A change in traffic pattern is about to take place on the Franklin Turnpike (Route 41) highway project in Danville.

Beginning Tuesday, September 21, weather permitting, traffic will be moved to the recently built lanes of Route 41 and use the newly-constructed Route 41/Route 293 intersection.

Signs, messages boards and other traffic control devices will be in place to alert motorists to this change and to assist with the safe movement of traffic.
