RESCHEDULED CROSSING WORK IN PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY TO CREATE DELAYS
LYNCHBURG —Work on the Route 800 (Hook Road) railroad crossing in Prince Edward County has been rescheduled. The work will now take place on Feb. 7 and 8.
The crossing will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day and motorists will need to use alternate routes. This work is subject to change due to weather conditions, availability of equipment and manpower and other conditions.
Norfolk-Southern Railroad had previously scheduled the work for January 25 and 26.
