VDOT TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING FOR ROUTE 716 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
LYNCHBURG—The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold a design public hearing Tuesday, Mar. 18 on plans to replace the Route 716 (Wolf Trap Road) bridge over the Banister River in Halifax County.
Citizens may stop by to review and discuss plans between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Sydnor Jennings Elementary School, 1011 Sydnor Jennings Road, Nathalie, VA 24577.
The meeting will be an open-house format with VDOT staff on hand to discuss project information and answer questions.
Citizens may provide and written comments at the hearing or submit them by March 28, 2014 to Mr. Aaron Collins, Virginia Department of Transportation, 4219 Campbell Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501.
