VDOT CREWS PRE-TREATING ROADS
FAIRFAX, VA. - Virginia Department of Transportation road crews are pre-treating highways and park-n-ride lots across Northern Virginia in anticipation of light snow expected tomorrow morning, Monday, Jan. 19. The forecast calls for flurries beginning around 7 a.m. with less than one inch of snow by noon. About 550 trucks treated roads yesterday and today and a reduced number of crews will be on standby overnight.
