ROUTE 711 PUBLIC HEARING CANCELLED DUE TO STORM

COLONIAL HEIGHTS—The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is cancelling the public hearing for the Route 711 (Huguenot Trail) widening project in Powhatan County due to potentially dangerous driving conditions tomorrow night from Hurricane Sandy. The design public hearing was scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Monday at 600 Founders Bridge Boulevard (Independence Golf Course, Virginia Room) in Midlothian. VDOT will publicize the new public hearing date once it has been rescheduled.
