VDOT TO HOLD CITIZEN INFORMATION MEETING ON BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN RICHMOND
The meeting will address bridge replacement plans for Main St. (Rt. 5)
COLONIAL HEIGHTS —The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold a citizen information meeting on a bridge replacement project planned for Main Street (Rt. 5) in the City of Richmond.
The meeting will be held Thursday, December 10 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Chimborazo Elementary School, located at 3000 E. Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23223.
The meeting will address plans to replace the bridge and provide details on schedule and detour information. The meeting will also provide an opportunity for individuals, businesses or organizations to ask questions and provide comments about the project.
Comments about the proposed project may be submitted at the meeting or until December 20 by mailing them to Joe Fecek, P.E., Project Manager, Virginia Department of Transportation, 2430 Pine Forest Drive, Colonial Heights, VA 23834-9002. Comments also can be emailed to Joe.Fecek@VDOT.Virginia.gov. Please reference “Route 5 bridge replacement” in the subject line.
