    <title>WEEKEND I-95 LABURNUM BRIDGE REPLACEMENT DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER</title>
    <link>http://www.virginiadot.org/newsroom/richmond/2011/weekend_i-95_laburnum_bridge54997.asp</link>
    <description>
I-95 bridge replacement activities at Laburnum Avenue originally scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. have been postponed due to inclement weather. The contractor may begin bridge replacement activities once the rain has tapered off Saturday afternoon if conditions are safe for them to do so. “Unfortunately, this work is weather dependent,” said Scott Fisher, project manager. “Rain combined with overnight temperatures below 40 degrees significantly limits the amount of work the contractor can safely complete prior to reopening all travel lanes by 6 a.m. Monday.” </description>
