SALEM – 6:30 a.m. Update - Both lanes of northbound Interstate 77 are now open at mile marker 2.5 in Carroll County. The northbound lanes had been closed at this location beginning at 4:45 a.m. after three tractor-trailers jack-knifed on the roadway.  All lanes are now open.
