SALEM –Both northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 77 are open.  Interstate 77 was blocked in several places in Carroll County earlier Friday morning due to tractor-trailer crashes.

Drivers should only travel if absolutely necessary.  If travel is essential, drivers should check road conditions before they leave by logging onto www.511Virginia.org.
