TRAFFIC ALERT: EXPECT NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN ON ROUTE 58 IN FLOYD COUNTY

SALEM – As part of a construction project to widen 8.2 miles of Route 58 in Carroll, Floyd and Patrick counties, a traffic switch is planned for Wednesday, July 23 in Floyd County.

Weather permitting, a 0.4-mile section of two-lane Route 58 will be shifted onto a newly constructed two-lane section of roadway.

The traffic pattern change on Route 58 will start0.3 mile east of Route 610 (Terrys Mill Road) and extend to Route 620 (Tory Creek Road).  

Drivers should be alert to this change in traffic pattern and use caution.
