NORTHERN VIRGINIA E-ZPASS CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER RELOCATES
New location is north of the Dulles Toll Road near the Fairfax County Parkway exit

RICHMOND - The Northern Virginia E-ZPass Customer Service Center will relocate permanently Monday, June 2, to 610 Herndon Parkway, Suite 900, Herndon, VA 20170. The new office is located north of the Dulles Toll Road near the Fairfax County Parkway interchange.

E-ZPass Virginia customers can visit this new location to open accounts, make payments and pick up and exchange transponders, along with other account-related activities. Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Customers also can visit www.ezpassva.com or call (877) 762-7824 for account assistance.

Earlier this year, the Virginia Department of Transportation decided to move its Northern Virginia E-ZPass customer service operations to a new facility to reduce operating costs. The temporary customer service center located at 21641 Beaumeade Circle will close Friday, May 30.

E-ZPass is an electronic toll collection system that quickly and efficiently moves traffic through toll facilities in Virginia and along much of the East Coast. Motorists with E-ZPass transponders can travel through participating toll roads, and tolls are automatically deducted from their prepaid accounts. For more information on E-ZPass Virginia, visit www.ezpassva.com or call (877) 762-7824 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
