RESTON E-ZPASS CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO RELOCATE

RICHMOND – The Reston E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 2100 Reston Parkway will close permanently Friday, Feb. 29.
E-ZPass Virginia customers are encouraged to visit www.ezpassva.com or call (877) 762-7824 for account assistance and relocation information until a new office opens later this spring.
A temporary customer service center offering limited services will open Monday, March 3, at 21641 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 322, Ashburn, VA 20147.
Customers can visit this location to open accounts, make payments and receive/exchange transponders. Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Virginia Department of Transportation decided to move its Northern Virginia E-ZPass customer service operations to a new facility to reduce operating costs.
A new, permanent location will be announced this spring.
E-ZPass Virginia also has customer service centers in Richmond and Gloucester Point.
