The CTB will instead convene at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, for a combined workshop and action meeting.

The CTB will then host a public hearing to discuss the revised draft fiscal year 2009-2014 Six-Year Improvement Program, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 5.

The meeting will be held at VDOT’s Central Office Auditorium, 1221 E. Broad St., Richmond, Va.

Information will be available prior to the public hearing at www.VirginiaDOT.org. 

Comments may be submitted verbally and/or in writing at the public hearing.

Comments can also be mailed to one of the following addresses or e-mailed to six-yearprogram@vdot.virginia.gov or to drptpr@drpt.virginia.gov. 

Mailed and e-mailed comments must be received by Jan. 13.

The CTB will hold its regularly scheduled February workshop and meeting Feb. 19 in VDOT’s Central Office Auditorium, 1221 E. Broad St., Richmond, Va., at which time it is expected to finalize the revised fiscal year 2009-2014 Six-Year Improvement Program.

The combined workshop and meeting is slated to begin at noon.
