I-81 LANE CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR TONIGHT FOR ACCIDENT CLEAN-UP

STAUNTON – Interstate 81 will have a southbound left-lane closure at mile marker 218 in Augusta County at 7 p.m. tonight, Aug. 25.  This closure is to allow clean-up from an earlier tractor trailer accident last night.  This location is between exit 217 at Route 654 in Mint Spring and exit 220 at Route 262 in Staunton.

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
