PAVING TO CAUSE LANE CLOSURES ON ROUTE 42 BETWEEN HARRISONBURG AND BRIDGWATER
STAUNTON – Route 42 will have lane closures from Route 746 to Route 713 between Harrisonburg and Bridgewater for paving. Work for this week will be from Tuesday, July 12 to Saturday, July 16 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Motorists will be able to travel on Route 42 but should be alert for alternating lane closures and flagging operations.
Travelers should expect delays in this area. The estimated completion date is late August.
All work is weather permitting.
