ROCKBRIDGE CO - ROUTE 728 CLOSED MAY 6 TO MAY 10 FOR TUNNEL MAINTENANCE
STAUNTON – Route 728 (Poorhouse Hill Road) in Rockbridge County will be closed from .53 miles west of Route 645 (Valley Pike) to.62 miles east of route 622 (Reid Road) for maintenance on the tunnel, starting May 6 to May 10, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m daily.
Motorists will detour from Route 645 north to Route 11, then Route 11 north to Route 716 (Mt. Atlas Road, then west on Route 716 to Route 622 (Reid Road) and south on Reid Road back to Route 728.
All work is weather permitting.
