ALL SOUTHBOUND LANES REOPENED ON I-81 NEAR LEXINGTON
STAUNTON – (8 PM) All southbound lanes have reopened on Interstate 81 at mile marker 185 in Rockbridge County. This location is between exit 188 at Route 60 near Lexington and Buena Vista and exit 180 at Route 11 near Natural Bridge and Fancy Hill.
A multi-vehicle crash occurred at this location earlier this evening. Back-ups continue and are currently at six miles.
Motorists should expect continued delays in this area.
