(12:40 p.m.) All northbound lanes on Interstate 81 are now open at mile marker 196.  Earlier this morning all northbound lanes were closed following a tractor trailer crash and fire early this morning. This location is in Rockbridge County near the City of Lexington. </description>

Work scheduled is subject to change due to inclement weather and material supplies. Motorists are advised to watch for slow-moving tractors during mowing operations. Also, when traveling through a work zone, be alert to periodic changes in traffic patterns and lane closures. </description>

    <title>WORK ON SENSENY ROAD BRIDGE BEGINS WEEK OF FEBRUARY 27</title>

The Virginia Department of Transportation will begin bridge deck replacement work on the Senseny Road Bridge (Route 657) over Interstate 81 in the Winchester area beginning the week of Feb. 27.  Traffic will be limited to one lane on the bridge and managed with temporary signals. The single travel-lane will be 10.5-feet wide.  Motorists should expect delays in this area. </description>
