This meeting:

• Provided the public with an opportunity to address the Independent Review Panel (IRP) with comments, suggestions and concerns.
• Enabled the IRP to gather public comments. It was not for public questions and answers from the IRP.
• Included presentations from VDOT to provide perspective and evaluation of the conceptual proposal to the IRP.
