Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) Recommendation
Following review and recommendations by the IRP, the CTB reviewed Elizabeth River Crossings’, LLC conceptual proposal and recommendations of the IRP, and on July 16, 2009, by resolution, recommended the proposal advance and that VDOT proceed to an interim agreement.
