Toll Study

Funding has not been authorized for activities beyond the current study (e.g. design, right of way acquisition, construction). Therefore, tolls have been considered as an option to provide needed revenue.

VDOT prepared a study to assess the feasibility of tolling certain alternatives currently under study. The report only considered CBAs 1 and 3. (CBA 2 was not studied since it is not a limited access facility throughout its entire length).
