What's being done?
Design is underway for a section of Airport Road located underneath Interstate 81 in Bristol. Improvements will include turn lanes onto Interstate 81, addition of a lane underneath the interstate bridge and signal synchronization.
Right of way acquisition is currently scheduled to begin in 2013 and construction in 2014.
